Hi! We’re Stacie and Joe Carr, the husband-and-wife team behind Refection Foods — and now, our brand new RAINBOWL café.
Our passion has always been about creating food that’s as fresh and clean as it is flavorful and bringing people together around it.
After the success of Refection Foods in Morehead City — known for its healthy, balanced meals available for grab-and-go and delivery — we knew we wanted to take things a step further. Our new café is a fast, clean, and casual, made-to-order spot inspired by flavors from all over the world, available for dine-in. It’s a place where you can grab a quick bite that feels nourishing and exciting.
We designed this space to be more than just a café: it’s a place for good vibes, great food, and an atmosphere that feels like a mini getaway — somewhere you can escape the ordinary and enjoy something fresh and inspiring. Along with our globally inspired dishes, you’ll find fresh juices and refreshing sorbet, perfect for a healthy treat any time of day.
